and got significantly healthier 🍒

I started working out earlier in the day
and stopped eating by latest 2PM.

This makes my heart rate slower by the time I go to bed.
A lower heart rate results in deeper and more efficient sleep for me.
I also saw a significant increase in HRV (which is good).
HRV is one of the most important health indicators that I can measure atm.
Try it out:
working out as early as possible in the day
stop eating as early as possible in the day
stop eating as early as possible in the day
PS: Bryan Johnson eats his last meal at 11AM.
